Customer Success (M/F/X) - Brussels - Health & Beauty sector

Job description

You will be responsible for:
  • Order Processing: Managing the entire order process, from order to cash. You ensure smooth processing of orders, keep customers informed of order status and coordinate closely with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our B2B customers.
  • Technical Support: Collaborate with the technical team to resolve customer queries related to our technological medical products. You have a good understanding of the products and can clearly communicate technical information to customers.
  • Documentation and Registration: Accurately record customer requests, order information and other relevant documentation. You will contribute to improving internal processes for an efficient workflow.
  • Internal coordination: You collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in the health sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
  • Knowledge of health terminology and technological developments within the sector is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude, able to work independently and a strong team player.
