As Technical Services Manager you're responsible for providing technical support and advice to Operations, Sales and Customer Service and to both existing and potential customers. Reporting to the Global Technical Services Director, your main activities within the role will be to ensure total adherence to health and safety requirements in all processes within your geographical area of activity in mainland Europe. You will work closely with your colleagues within the SHEQ organization to ensure that the business is recognized as 'best in class.' You will be responsible for developing a broad network of service providers for cleaning and maintaining tanks. This will involve the selection and appointment of third party workshops and the planning of services. You'll be responsible for the specifications of all new equipment, ensuring they are consistent with legislative requirements. If needed you will direct any modifications that may be required to ensure compliance. As a member of the Antwerp Management Team, you will be expected to contribute to the effective running of the business locally, in addition to having a real input in the development of the Technical Services function internationally.
