Dedicated to talent acquisition, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting the right people, in line with Hilti’s unique culture.What does the role involve?
You are responsible for the inflow of sales and non-sales candidates through a sophisticated recruitment communication and optimal mix of recruitment channels. You do direct search and you approach actively potential candidates from the market via social media. You select candidates via telephone screening, selection interviews, testing and assessment assignments and follows the selection dossiers from start to finish. You work closely with the business and with the hiring managers, together you will fill 45 vacancies per year. You actively work with external partners (recruitment agencies) and evaluate them. Lastly you optimize the recruitment processes and you report to the HR Manager.

- Degree qualified with a solid experience in recruitment (internal or agency)
- A high level of expertise in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition
- A strong ability with internet-based sourcing techniques and practices
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English
- Ability to formulate professional advice to all levels across the organisation, including senior management
- A well-organised team player who get things done
- Proficient in MS Office
