For a client, active in the technical components sector and located in Asse, HAYS Office Professionals is currently looking for an experienced Management Assistant.
You will be in charge of the agenda management and the organization of the team meetings. You will also be responsible for the email and phone correspondence (internal and external) for the Director. Furthermore, you will draw up presentations, arrange travels and work on marketing and evaluation documents. Together with your Management Assistant role, you will also coordinate the E-learning processes which involves working with external Partners, handling monthly reports and the SharePoint platform. The internal communication as well as the newsletter will also be under your responsibility.
For this position, we are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and a strong sense of priorities. The ideal candidate must have an excellent level of Dutch, French and English and of the MS Office programs. You are communicative, hands-on, proactive, a good listener and you are able to lead projects from A to Z.
