As Segmentation Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the Marketing strategy and operations for UNICEF at a national level for the segmentation individuals, in other words, the individual donors helping UNICEF Belgium. Firstly, you will grow your knowledge of the NGO market and more specifically, the audience "individuals" by performing market analysis of the target audience, external parties and the competition. Secondly, you will develop the Value Proposition and Unique Selling Proposition by benchmarking the target audience and providing the right information through the right channel, working closely with all Fundraising stakeholders. In addition to this, you are responsible for the planning, implementation and end-to-end coordination of Marketing plans. You will translate strategic decisions into operational plans and solutions, meeting deadlines in the foreseen budget. You will ensure great cooperation between the teams and internal and external stakeholders, support all media campaigns and help developing corporate materials. You will take initiatives in order to deliver high-quality results and ameliorate marketing processes within the organization. Furthermore, your tasks will include budget management, establishing the yearly Marketing plan and reports to the Management. Furthermore, you will be in charge of the prospection of new donors in the database. You will therefore implement concrete actions to promote UNICEF's programs and ensure new registrations of donors for UNICEF's programs. You will also manage the technical analysis of the CRM database, in close collaboration with the Fundraising team, which is in charge of 'active' donors of UNICEF. Finally, you are the ambassador of UNICEF and consequently, you will carry out the values of UNICEF. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for all marketing queries and share best practices, as well as keep yourself updated on the development in the field. You will report directly to the Senior Communication Manager and are his/her back-up. This position includes no people management.
