As Sales Support & Administrative Coördinator for the French Market, you ensure excellent customer support service to dealers and distributors.
You work closely together with other departments and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibility is to assist dealers, sales force and region (FRANCE & back-up Spain).
- Input orders in SAP
- Release and follow up of shipments & chasing of all required information
- Execute and support promotions & special campaigns
- Provide product/services information, handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Report back on sales, distribution and logistics where required
