As a Sales Manager for the section Motorcycles, you'll be responsible for controlling the operations regarding the motorcycles in the Benelux region. This means that you will work out an ambitious sales strategy in cooperation with the Motorcycle Division Manager, to whom you'll also directly report. Next, you'll translate the strategy into concrete objectives, which you will implement and follow up in cooperation with different divisions. Because your knowledge of the market, you'll analyze it and know how to respond to it. Together with your team of 2 area sales managers, you'll do the follow-up of your dealer network and support them if needed.
