manage and coach a team of enthusiastic recruiters, responsible for full cycle recruiting including: screening, sourcing, offer processing, negotiation of offers, consultation with hiring managers and partnering with business partners on hiring strategies.
provide cross functional leadership to HR and business partners as it relates to recruitment programs.
provide guidance to the recruitment team in driving the recruiting process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, including developing job offer recommendations and closing/negotiating strategies.
identify, source and engage candidates through traditional and innovative resourcing approaches, such as career fairs, campus recruitment, social media, etc., to attract high quality talent.
partner with internal hiring managers to develop strategies to source, attract, screen, recruit and select high quality candidates.
develop new strategies and programs to promote company brand and to maintain a qualified pipeline of candidates.
keep up-to-date on talent market trends and propose viable solutions.
review and improve recruiting processes to ensure best practice and efficiencies for hiring managers, HR Team, and candidates experience.
establish and maintain a good professional relationship with temporary staffing agencies and external partners.
generate recruitment analytics as needed.
