What's the Job about?
As consultant, you will be in charge of the whole recruitment cycle:
- Development of a client portfolio
- You will become the expert of your own niche market.
- Understanding client needs, being responsible for upholding a constructive relation with clients.
- Sales conditions negotiation.
- Attraction and selection of candidates.
- Selling in candidates to the client needs.
- Follow up of the recruitment process at the clients.
- You will use your marketing skills to attract candidates by different means such as direct search, e-marketing, advertisement.
You will be followed up by a management with several years of experience who will give the necessary support to your development.
