To do so, you will find candidates that correspond to your clients' requirements (you write ads and you look for candidates on the different job boards).
You will also negotiate terms and conditions of the contracts with your clients. Negotiation and communication skills are a strong asset!
Moreover, to expand your clients' portfolio, you will work as a business developer and call companies to propose your services.
