The quality and regulatory officer is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system (QMS) following the requirements described in the ISO9001 & ISO 13485. He/ she will make sure that the company guidelines or company official documents are up to date, available and distributed to all employees. It is his/her job to train and assist all employees on the quality management system, company processes and QMS procedures and to promote the awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. Another important part of the role consists in customer complains management, meaning follow up, correct handling and validation of all cases, including communications to the suppliers. Evaluation of risk management, conduction of Internal audits and reporting and evaluation on the QMS performance is also part of the responsibilities. Finally, the role will assure the follow up of regulatory requirements in BE, NL and LU and implement local or European regulations or directives if applicable.
