For the region of Europe Middle East and Africa, we are looking for a Quality Advisor to strengthen their Supply Chain department / activities and that will be based in the Belgian headquarters, near Brussels.
As Quality Advisor, you will manage customer requests, complaints, and be an administrator of the customer feedbacks. You will also be the administrator of the quality management forums across EMEA, organizing meetings with supply chain in order to review the monthly quality performance and improvement plans. You will also play a key role in the updates and improvements of the analytical tool, used for registration of customer feedback. Furthermore, you will be a second contact, after customer support to provide solutions for operational quality issues. As quality advisor, you're also a first point of contact for support in the customer feedback analytical tool handling. In this role, you will directly assist the quality supervisor and also contribute in checking third parties for their compliance to quality requirements.
