The Marketing Manager POS within Carrefour will work on a transversal basis throughout the different stores in Belgium, Carrefour Hyper, Market and Express. Your mission will be to translate the sales plan into In Store Marketing Solutions to activate clients towards promotion, special offers and themes of the moment. In order to do so you will have a large scale of contacts both externally with agency as within Carrefour to coordinate all activities with other departments. The activities are both digital as print oriented.
Your responsibilities' as a Marketing Manager POS within Carrefour are:
- You will organize and implement promotion& marketing campaigns in line with the sales strategy as well as the vision within Carrefour, in order to create loyal clients and to dynamize the sales within the stores.
- You will define the client needs to develop client oriented solutions that are adequate and adapted.
- You will develop operational solutions to optimize the missions linked to the communication within the stores with focus on simplification, standardization and optimization.
- You will contribute to the development of sales throughout the management of your Point-Of-Sales, concretely by creating visual sales support and commercial concepts.
- You will be responsible for all communication with all parties as well for a strong communication in the marketing of the products.
- You will need to build strong relations with both operations as partner, internally and externally all in view of an efficient collaboration in a fast moving activity.
