* Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English
* At least 10 years of equivalent experience within an international environment

For an international company, active in the consultancy sector and located in Brussels, HAYS Office Professionals is currently looking for an experienced and perfectly trilingual Personal Assistant on a full-time or 80% basis.
You will provide day-to-day support to the activities of the Consultant and be responsible for the management of his agenda and mailbox. You will therefore be in charge of handling the phone calls, arranging the internal/external meetings, conference calls as well as ensuring their follow-up. Furthermore, you will prepare the monthly expense reports, take care of copying and printing documents upon request, you will make the right lay-outs of documents and presentations in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position and have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken. You are able to work efficiently and autonomously in a demanding environment. You are accurate, energetic, discrete and flexible.
