For one of our customers, an company located in Ghent, we are looking for a Parttime Customer Support Officer.
Your main responsibilities:
You operate as point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
You maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
You assess customers? needs and provide assistance and information on product features
You provide sales support by attending customer inquiries, concerns and complains.
You remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
You process, consolidate and monitor purchase orders
You ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after sales service
You are fluent in English and French
You have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
You are able to build long lasting relationships with customers and you focus on customer satisfaction
You are eager to set up win-win relationships with all parties involved
You have a trong understanding of B2B and working collaboratively cross function to achieve success
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You have a no nonsense approach to getting things done, you work well-organized to manage the workload
You have a positive attitude and good work ethic
You are a teamplayer
