This position is responsible for the operations of the production and quality functions including the supervision of the operations administrative team as well as the administration of the appropriate quality system elements.
Other duties include the facilitation of creating a quality culture through continuous improvement initiatives.
Production Supervision - EMEA
Conduct internal audits to ensure conformance to ORBIS owned production standards
Ownership of the production schedule and collaboration withORBIS team members and suppliers regarding production/manufacturing
Oversight of theORBIS Europe warehouse locations
Develop monthly Plant Performance Review audits and present to upper management
Work on teams to review new products and current product changes
Work directly with plant locations to review production standards are in compliance
Participate in vendor evaluation and certification
Quality Management - EMEA
Coordination of all customer complaints and assist in onsite reviews with our customers
Ensure production conformity to ORBIS quality standards
Lead all internal and external audits
Ownership of all regulatory / industry standard regulations
Respond and resolve product and process issues
