As Marketing & Communication Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing and communication strategy and planning for Belgium and Luxembourg. Firstly, you will define the MarCom Strategy for Belgium and Luxembourg, working closely with the Head of Marketing and the European team. You will adapt the global strategy to the Belgian and Luxembourgish markets and report on the yearly results and budget. Secondly, you will develop the Communication Plan by setting up and maintaining the seasonal actions. You will work hand in hand with the Marketing team and coordinate the actions with the CRM Manager, the PR and Event Manager, and the Dealer Marketing Specialist in order to increase visibility and sales results. Thirdly, you will be in direct contact with creative and media agencies for the briefing of all actions and ensure the guidelines of the brand are respected. In addition to this, you are responsible for the planning, implementation and end-to-end coordination of Marketing plans. You will translate strategic decisions into operational plans and solutions, meeting deadlines in the foreseen budget. You will be monitoring and analyzing the KPIs, together with the agencies to be able to report on all actions to Management. Finally, as MarCom Manager, you will have two direct reports to help you in all your tasks : a Digital Marketer, and a (Freelance) Owned Media Specialist. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for all marketing queries and share best practices, as well as keep yourself updated on the development in the field. The Marketing team is composed of two Product Managers, a CRM Manager and a CRM Specialist, a PR and Events Manager, a Dealer Marketing Specialist and the two Digital Specialists. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing in this position.
