As Marketing Analyst, you will help the marketing team to launch offline and online campaigns according to your analyses and recommendations of the database. You will ensure data quality and data optimization to help the company grow its business. To do so, you will define the business requirements and KPI's for reporting data according to the marketing needs. Based to your analyses, you will report these requirements to the IT department. Working closely with the IT'ers, you will ensure the database is used at its best and change features with their help.
Moreover, you will generate and maintain internal marketing intelligence database through regular analysis to ensure that all the data are up to date and to report the right information about the business to the Marketing team. You will give recommendations to the marketing team about the online and offline campaigns. You will afterwards evaluate the marketing campaigns and deliver regular reports of the results.
Furthermore, you will manage the quality of the call center and customer satisfaction by analyzing the call center performance and generate reports and analysis to ensure high quality service. You will also create customer profiles within the targeted market segmentation to support the CRM strategy.
Finally, you will work in a Marketing team of 3 people, who are in charge respectively of Digital, Lead Generation and CRM analyses. The CRM Analyst is in charge of creating online and offline marketing campaigns and you will work in close collaboration with him/her. You will report directly to the marketing manager.
