For an European leader of white label canned food, HAYS SALES is looking for a Key Account Manager Retail.



Our client is currently willing to enlarge its sales team with a new Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be in charge of developing and handling major corporate retail clients located in the Benelux. The main clients are big retail chains. The purpose of this role is to widen the portfolio of clients and to follow the existing accounts. You present your products, you negotiate large contracts and manage framed contracts. You establish a commercial strategy in order to target the clients and, step by step, you strengthen the brand in the Benelux. You are mainly on the road in order to meet your clients and you travel occasionally in order to ensure a good collaboration with the international team.


The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of business experience in the retail B2B dealing with large accounts. You have strong commercial skills and a strong negotiator personality. You are also able to work independently, to organize your work and to build a solid commercial strategy. You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you are ambitious and results-oriented. You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French and a good understanding of English; Spanish is a plus.
