The Key Account Manager (KAM) reports to the Head of Sales & Project Management. As KAM you are responsible for maintaining and developing Eurofit Group activities for (one) given customer(s) in line with the company's growth and profitability targets as well as with other group standards (e.g., contractual obligations, risks mitigation). As a Key Account Manager, your responsibilities can be divided in 3 main areas:

Existing Business:

  • Ensure profitable growth according to strategy and plan
  • Communicate customer expectations and special customer requirements within the group and fosters customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for financial health of customer account
  • Negotiate price settings & adjustments & be responsible for yearly contract review
  • Deliver sales input for budget planning

Account Development:

  • Gather market intelligence and identify growth opportunities and risks
  • Develop and implement long term strategy
  • Coordinate commercial proposals, negotiate them and translate them into contracts

Networking & Relationship Management:

  • Represent the Eurofit Group towards the customer & ensure that the relations with your customer(s) are maintained in the Group's best interests
  • Represent and be the first point of contact for the group and the plants towards central offices of your customer(s)


  • Business or Technical superior education degree or equivalent
  • Proven track record in managing relations
  • In-depth knowledge of Tire-Wheel assembly process
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Willingness to travel frequently, mainly in France


  • Working with an experienced sales team in a highly innovative business
