KBC Expert Transformation Officer
Wat houdt deze functie in?
KBC Group is looking for an expert transformation officer to enforce our team.
The Group Transformation Office is part of the Innovation and Digital Transformation unit within KBC Group reporting directly to the Group Chief Innovation Officer.
An expert transformation officer is comparable to an consultant with at least 5 years of experience changing bank- & insurance organisations.
Today the focus is on transforming the group and one of the key initiatives is simplicity.
These activities are structured in projects in which you work together with business managers: (Senior) General Managers or Executive Committee members and experts of those departments across the group.

You’re an experienced project manager who has used agile and/or classical project management methods.
You are familiar with process management and you are experienced with process implementation or improvement.
You’ve been able to influence, guide or support senior stakeholders.
You have a strong commitment. You endure even under pressure and when confronted with resistance. You choose to start anew every day.
You are familiar with the financial services sector and have at least 5 years of experience working in banking or insurance.
You have at least 5 years of experience as an organisational advisors or consultant, more experience is a plus.
You have a Master's degree or the equivalent through work experience.
You have excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English (in Dutch is a plus).
