Junior Technical Support

Some examples of their many products, are high quality identification labels, printers, software, lockout/tagout products en absorption material. Today, after more than 100 years, Brady is still one of the front runners in some of the most challenging and demanding industries. In order to support de employees of Brady we are currently in search of an IT Technical Support. The person in this role is responsible for the support of Brady products and services for customers within the organization. There is a very intense interaction with the Brady customer service and sales teams in this role. â?ª You will be based in Zele where you will support about 1200 of your colleagues â?ª You will use the ticketing system to ensure every problem is dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner â?ª You will be responsible for both the 1st and 2nd line problems, any problem that cannot be solved you will refer to the 3rd line experts â?ª You will join a team of 4 other colleagues â?ª Occasionally there will be onsite customer support


â?ª At the very least you have an A2 level degree in technical study area
â?ª You have a technical background/experience: software and electronics (IT/electronics/Mechanical)
â?ª A very good knowledge of French is an absolute must. You also have an average level of English, knowledge of Dutch is a nice to have, but not required
â?ª You are always customer focused
â?ª Specific knowledge is not required as a very extensive training is included
â?ª You are willing to stay in this job for at least 4 years
