Troubleshooting technician

Our client is an international company operating in the automotive industry. They are looking for talented people who want to make a difference together with them.

Safety, quality and environmental awareness are central to everything they do.

The following tasks are your responsibility:

You analyse and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
You optimise automated production installations in terms of production output, quality and technical reliability.
You carry out preventive and corrective/curative maintenance tasks for electrical and mechanical installations.
You identify, repair or replace defective systems or components of industrial installations in accordance with regulations, machine codes, documentation, etc.
You provide training and support to colleagues and of course you will in turn receive the necessary training and support.
You will be closely involved in the introduction of new installations, processes and new vehicle models.
You work as part of a team with fellow technicians.

The ideal troubleshooting technician:
Has a technical degree, preferably a Bachelor's degree in energy technology, electromechanics-automation,...
Shows an interest in electricity, automation, PLCs.
Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Has experience with automated production lines.
Has knowledge of PLC-controlled machines.
Shows a desire to grow by continuously expanding his/her knowledge and is up to date with the latest technological developments.
Is willing to work in a 2-shift system, fixed night shift or weekend shift.
