We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader - Warehouse Operations to oversee daily operations in the warehouse. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.Tasks:
- Lead and manage a warehouse team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Optimize workflow processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including warehouse staff, management, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and related data.
- Identify and resolve operational issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with other teams to meet company objectives and customer expectations.
Our client is looking for a Teamleader- Warehouse Operations that :
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in French & English or French & Dutch (both languages are mandatory).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across departments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
