Strategic Talent Sourcing:
- You build proactively talent pools for the “volume” recruitments and some niche job categories (R&D, team leaders, production operators, young graduates..)
- You contribute to the development of new and creative approaches to find and attract candidates.
- You hold regular market screenings to be up-to-date regarding new sourcing opportunities, candidate’s market evolution, industrial and food candidate’s market
Specific Talent Sourcing:
- You quickly gain insight and deep understanding of the functions you will source for. If needed you create a persona.
- You use available tools and processes to attract candidates (Linkedin, various databases, Successfactors…
- You engage with talent communities and inform them about Puratos business, projects and ambition.
- You pre-screen candidates to complete available information about their profiles.
- You make recommendations to dedicated recruiters about the sourced profiles.
- You send out the dedicated tests for the sourced candidates and follow-up on them.
- You organize interviews for the next step of your sourced candidates with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
- You manage a constructive relationship with every candidate to enable a positive candidate journey.
- You build data to strengthen your sourcing strategies and report on sourcing projects.
Long term Talent Sourcing activities and employer branding:
- You build and manage contact network with schools (from technical schools to universities) and partners of the food industry.
- You develop deeper relationships & cooperation with targeted schools.
- You support internship processing.
- You participate in employment events, such as career fairs, company open days, etc.
- You explore the need/feasibility to work with foreign partners.
- You project lead to develop new talent pipeline solutions for difficult profiles (with long term impact).
- You think of new and participate in the employer branding activities in order to increase awareness and attractivity.
- You have minimum a bachelor degree preferably in a human science arena (Human Resources, Psychology, Communication or Social Sciences) or equal by experience?
- A first experience in sourcing for a corporate organization or a recruitment agency is an asset but not mandatory.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to build productive relationship at all level?
- You have good organization skills and know how to priorities?
- You are a team player as well as self-starter?
- You have a competitive mentality and are result oriented? Even in the current labor market you have the can-do mentality!
- You are able to work in a fast pace environment?
- You are tech and media savvy profile, but at the same time there is a creative marketeer inside you?
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English?
