As a Sales Support Coordinator, you'll be the operational link between customers, the sales team, and internal departments. You'll manage the full order-to-delivery cycle, ensuring smooth communication, accurate processing, and timely execution.
Tasks :
Collaborate with the sales team, who prepare offers and pricing for clients
Receive and process purchase orders once offers are accepted
Enter orders accurately into the ERP system
Send order confirmations and transformations to clients
Initiate the internal sales/purchase process by informing the procurement team
Check warehouse stock and coordinate transportation to ensure timely delivery
Prepare and issue invoices
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues with professionalism
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding order status, availability, and delivery timelines
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-up
Ensure accurate documentation and data management in ERP and CRM systems
Assist in generating reports and tracking KPIs related to order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator that :
Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Internal Sales, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
Strong proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential
Excellent communication in English and French
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and MS Office
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting
Customer-focused with a hands-on mentality
