Receptionist Temporary Mission - EN/FR (h/f/x)
Functieomschrijving
- Front-desk management: welcoming visitors, answering calls and managing general inquiries.
- Preparation and maintenance of meeting rooms.
- Coordination and organisational support for on-site events.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Managing emails, calendars and daily administrative tasks.
- Ensuring that the reception area always reflects a professional and polished image.
Profiel
- Available for a 5-month temporary assignment (full time).
- Dynamic, motivated, proactive and service-oriented.
- Perfect presentation and strong communication skills.
- Bilingual: English + French or English + Dutch (at least two languages required).
- Previous experience in reception or customer-facing roles is a strong asset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced international environment with a positive and flexible attitude.
