R&D program leader animal health

Our client is the trusted partner of many farmers and professionals in the food industry and is looking for a R&D program leader  to develop and advance technical platforms satisfying both business and customer needs

• In this role you will support the development of an innovation portfolio that will be focused on identifying program/solutions to current challenges in the animal health field including farm biosecurity and dairy farm hygiene opportunities.
• You will collaborate closely with the marketing, regulatory and technical service teams to identify key KPI’s, communicate results and new findings and successfully launch projects.

• We are looking for candidates with strong collaboration and teamwork abilities, who are self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate creativity in problem-solving, and have sharp observation and perception skills
• Management experience is a must
