They provide both engineering, production, delivery and assembly of technically complex steel structures.

They also have 2 plants abroad.

For our client active in complex steel constructions, we are looking for a Project Manager with experience in steel constructions.

What specifically does your job involve?

In the short term, you will familiarize yourself with the strategy and procedures of the company.
Both on an organizational and technical level, you take all initiatives necessary to complete the projects on time and in a safe, high-quality and profitable way.
You are at the helm of a complete project team in which you consult and cooperate intensively with the drawing, production and engineering department.
You organize the work of both their own teams and that of subcontractors.
You report matters of concern/consult with the project management on a weekly basis.

Profiel

For the position of Project Manager, you possess the following qualities:

You have built up extensive experience in managing complex steel structures.
You have knowledge of welding and anti-corrosion applications.
You are the point of contact for questions and problems where people can rely on your expertise and experience to find the right solution.
You preferably have experience with offshore steel structures.
You are a team player with a dynamic, enterprising personality and a no-nonsense mentality.
You make autonomous decisions and are decisive.
Regular travel for meetings abroad does not deter you (Netherlands, France, United Kingdom).
