Personal Assistant + Reception (30% only)
Functieomschrijving
Personal Assistant 70%:
- Billing: gathering information, checking predrafts/drafts, liaising with partners and the billing team in London to ensure the invoices are finalised/sent correctly and on time.
- Organising, coordinating and arranging meetings at the request of the lawyers: scheduling client appointments
- Managing the agendas
- Travel bookings (hotel, flight, train, taxi,…)
- Preparing court paperwork
- Copying, printing
- Create and maintain filing and other office systems
Receptionist 30%:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Welcoming visitors
- Managing meeting rooms
- Order and maintain stationery and equipment
- Sort and distribute incoming post and organise and send outgoing post
Profiel
- You already have at least 2 years experience in a similar function or a function in general administration
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office
- You have a very good level in English + French OR Dutch
- You are a proactive person
- You are a team player and you are very well organised
