Your Role as a Management AssistantIn this versatile and proactive role, you will be a key player in the organization, ensuring smooth operations and an efficient work environment. Your main responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Team: You will directly support at least three professionals, managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and keeping track of their requests.
- Meeting and Agenda Management: You will manage meeting calendars, anticipate potential conflicts, and ensure everyone is well-prepared for upcoming meetings.
- Client and Visitor Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting them warmly, assisting with inquiries, and guiding them to meeting rooms.
- Presentation and Document Preparation: You'll create professional brochures, presentations, and reports before meetings, ensuring that all materials are top-notch.
- Event and Travel Planning: Collaborate with colleagues to plan company events, team-building activities, and coordinate business travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers).
