Lifecycle Service Delivery Manager
Functieomschrijving
As a Lifecycle Service Delivery Manager you are the liaison between the customer and Emersons’ executing departments.
- You are the “go-to person” for your customer, their trusted advisor; you understand your customer’s business drivers, operations and process challenges.
- You identify process improvement opportunities and/or potential issues that you connect with Emerson solutions and translate into relevant actions; your main goal is to grow customer satisfaction and to make sure service level agreements are honored.
- Your key responsibility is delivering business value to customers and ensuring service contract agreements are met.
- You measure business value generation and track progress versus KPIs; you focus on enhancing contract compliance and on improving risk management; you contribute to more effective management decisions and facilitate faster response to contract issues.
- You expand the contract value by including either new technology or expanded service offerings.
- You are the customer’s voice towards Emerson stakeholders; you share information with the executing Emerson Operations and with Sales.
Profiel
- You enjoy discussing technical opportunities and issues and thrive on process improvement while also being hands-on and triggered by putting things into action.
- You have a bachelor degree in for example Electrical or Automation Engineering or equivalent through experience in a service delivery or technical environment.
- You know how contract management works.
- You communicate fluently in English, French and Dutch (verbally and in writing).
- You easily build relationships and come with strong communication skills.
- You show a dedicated service and customer orientation.
- You thrive on achieving results.
