To drive the growth of pharma & medical devices business, we are currently looking for an experienced Key Account Manager for one of our key accounts in the EMEA region.

Key Account Manager Strategic Marketing – Pharma EMEA


  • You will be a trusted partner for our existing contacts and proactively build new relationships with our key customers in EMEA.
  • You will collaborate and consult with these customers to identify unmet needs, expand our service portfolio and drive growth.
  • You will identify opportunities and in cooperation with the internal sales support & expert team prepare proposals and price estimates, negotiate and close deals.
  • The perfect candidate has the determination and initiative to initiate action, influence events and achieve objectives.
  • You must possess a genuine desire to serve clients and meet/exceed their expectations.
  • You will align with your international colleagues managing your customer in other regions, to drive our growth in the most optimal way.


  • You have a master’s degree and at least 10 to 20 years of experience in an international consulting company where you served pharmaceutical/medtech companies.
  • You have taken commercial/relationship management roles in an international B2B services environment.
  • You have confidence/experience in dealing with clients at various levels of their business, from local BI or marketing teams to VP level. 
  • You are highly motivated with the commitment to succeed.
  • The successful applicant will have a proven track record in conducting face to face meetings, presenting, up-selling and resolving issues for clients.
  • You are pro-active and able to work independently.
  • You can prioritise tasks, manage expectations and respond within tight deadlines.  You know how to deal with pressure.
  • You are a team player.
  • A willingness and ability to travel regularly within EMEA, is essential. You are based in our offices in Antwerp.
  • A good knowledge of English is an absolute must. Speaking Dutch is preferable, other languages are a plus.
  • Computer literate, experience of MS Office is essential.
