JUNIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - THE BEGINNING OF A CAREER

Eyetech Solutions Contract is part of the FSM Group, an international player in the field of Recruitment. Due to our ambitious growth plans, we are currently looking for a team member for our office located at Kouter Street in Ghent. You will find yourself in a young environment with about 20 colleagues. We offer you training to transform you into a real expert within your market in no time.

What would you do:

• You monitor the high-quality recruitment process and ensure a professional follow-up of each candidate.
• You do this through an in-depth needs analysis of both customer and candidate
• You are responsible for recruitment from A to Z: drafting vacancies, creating and assessing video interviews, screening candidates over the phone, conducting job interviews.
• You work result-oriented and respect the predetermined KPIs.
