JUNIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - INFINITE COMMISSIONS

Eyetech Solutions Contract is part of the FSM Group, an international player in the field of Recruitment. Due to our ambitious growth plans, we are currently looking for a team member for our office located at Avenue Louise in Brussels. You will find yourself in a young environment with about 20 colleagues. Depending on your experience, we offer you training to transform you into a real expert within your market in no time.

What would you do:

• You manage a customer portfolio within your region
• You guide your clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• You discuss and identify your clients and candidates needs. In this way, you can find out together how we could respond to this.
• You do everything you can to achieve a long-term collaboration.
• Do you prefer a little more support? Our senior consultants and managers are happy to guide you!

Who are we looking for:

• Ideally, you already have experience in sales, or you are a born salesperson
• You speak Dutch or French and fluently English.
• You can be described as someone enthusiastic and energetic

• Basic annual salary between € 40,000 and € 50,000 depending on your experience.
