Junior Recruitment Consultant - Job Description

• As a Junior sales consultant, you are the driving force in the further development of our brand in Belgium.
• You will be given a 360 ° role in which you will be responsible for actively promoting candidates to clients of Eyetech Solutions.
• Conducting job interviews is a daily task.
• You write attractive vacancies that meet the requirements of the clients.
• You are always proactively looking for new commercial opportunities to expand your own portfolio and build long-term relationships. This with both SMEs and large multinationals!

• You will be an active part of our sales academy which is one of the best sales training courses in Belgium. Our best consultants and managers have grown organically within the organization after completing this training. After completing your traineeship, more thorough sales training will also follow.
• As a consultant, you naturally also have an important role in guiding applicants in their search for a new challenge. You, therefore, have a guiding role in which you carry out a needs analysis and coach people throughout the AZ process.

Junior Recruitment Consultant - Profile

• You have ambition in life
• You are commercial
• A first experience in a sales job or a role as an account manager is a plus
• Do you have a bachelor's or master's degree? This is certainly an added value.
• You speak fluently Dutch and English
