- HR administration:
- Follow up on yearly performance review cycle
- Main contact person for our external service for health and safety (yearly medical check-ups)
- Main contact person for our leasing company (bikes & cars)
- Back-up for payroll process and interim staff recruitment
- Support HR Manager in different European wide projects in various HR fields
- HR reporting: key person in the HR reporting. Update monthly KPI’s, interpret results, report to management. (Headcount, turnover, …)
- First point of contact concerning HR related questions of the employees
- Ad hoc involvement in different other HR fields (Recruitment, training,..)
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- First experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of Social law in Belgium
- Experience with payroll is a plus
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
- Advanced in MS Office, very strong affinity with Excel.
- Open and communicative person who likes to work for and with people
- Discrete and honest
- Affinity with numbers (reports, graphs,)
- Organizationally very strong, hands-on and pro-active
- Team player
- Being part of an international team
