Within their strategy of workspace revolution they are hiring a Head of Partnership Growth to create and build out a franchise model.
Franchise Development Manager Belgium & Luxemburg
o Create and deliver a robust business plan with realistic and stretching targets based on the current global approach.
o Plan and execute the promotion of IWG’s proposition to potential franchise partners and the broader franchise market through all routes to market such as trade shows and their own network.
o Responsible for leading and setting up all franchise and partnership deals. Meet, select & sign development agreements with the most appropriate new franchise partners, to help deliver overall growth plan.
o Accountable for delivering the right growth from the franchise business, providing a healthy return on investment for IWG’s partners and profitable growth.
o Ensure clear franchise standards and adhered at all times across IWG’s network.
o Support new franchise partners as they start trading and ensure they operate in line with IWG’ brand standards and ensuring IWG’s partners a return on investment.
o Working together with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Marketing, Country Development and Construction team.
o Proven success in promoting a franchise business and delivering new franchise partners.
o Commercial acumen, able to ensure the business delivers growth and profit for us and a return for our partners.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to persuade and influence people.
o Comfortable making decisions evaluating options and considering long-term consequences.
o Strong planning and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise, multi-task, delegate and work effectively with minimal supervision.
o Adaptability and flexibility, able to respond quickly to changing demands, processes and information.
o Bilingual Dutch & French.
