Experienced Retail Marketing Manager

Our client is a very important global player in FMCG (non-food). They are professional and ambitious and offer personal development and plenty of training opportunities. The business is growing fast in the Benelux and therefore they have a vacancy for an experienced Retail Marketing Manager.

As a Senior Retail Marketing Manager you will grow the brand and achieve the commercial objectives by developing shopper marketing solutions for different retail environments and customers (stores and online channels). You will lead the retail marketing commercial process for your brand and develop category strategies for the sales team. Furthermore, you will work closely together with the divisional brand team and the West-European team for all ATL initiatives. You will also act as the brand ambassador for all the company’s brands and support and inspire your Belgian colleagues.

In this role you will report to the Benelux Retail Marketing Team Leader.

• Minimum of 5 - 8 years marketing experience preferably in FMCG
• Master in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• English speaking and fluent in Dutch or French
• Good knowledge & understanding of FMCG industry and Belgium Retail Landscape
• Optimistic mindset
