Functieomschrijving

Your role as Customer Service Officer (m/f/x):

Respond on requests and claims from customers. (telephone 15#/day, mail 20#/day);
Contracts & files : check, input, rebates & additional services contracts;
Marketing actions decided by the Benelux Country Manager;
Order of new customer cards and toll;
Follow-up portfolio of customers;
Help - train the customers to use the platform;
Manage the general inbox;
Sales support for the sales representatives;
Reporting activities;
Back-up of colleagues (customer service, sales officer);
Administrative help to Technical Manager;
Manual acceptance authorization;
Follow up of fraud cases;
Resolve cards, tolls issues at distance.

Profiel

The qualities required for the position:

You have a higher degree of education (min. Bachelor);
You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French. English is a plus;
Detail-oriented, organized;
Having a commercial feeling in helping customers;
Team spirit;
Good sense of business and figures.
