Customer Service Officer - Gavere - Luxury Goods

You will enter the story of a rapidly growing Scale-Up active in the world of Luxury Goods.
Their main focus is offering products for adventurers, people who enjoy the peace and beauty of nature.

A few years ago they established their first office in Ghent, later they invested in a showroom to better serve the needs of their customers. After a very strong growth in the past year, they have reached the limits of their current office and have decided to move to Gavere in the beginning of 2022 in the light of this continuing growth.

You will be welcomed in a team of passionate colleagues, each with their own field of expertise. With great pleasure and pride they will introduce you to the different departments of the company, the product range, the customer base and more.


As a Customer Service Officer:

  • Answer customer questions
  • Follow up on orders
  • Process your questions and orders administratively
  • Manage the webshop: adding new products (including product descriptions), stock management, ...
  • You will actively participate in upselling
  • You will help to set up external communication
  • You support your colleagues from Marketing, Sales,... and coordinate all actions concerning the order processing across the different departments

  • You speak fluent Dutch OR German, a sound knowledge of English is required
  • You have a commercial flair and are very customer oriented
  • You are a team player
  • You are administratively strong
  • You communicate fluently, both spoken and written
  • You are eager to learn

Should you also have knowledge of the following, that would be a strong plus:

  • Knowledge of front end website environment (use Magento)
  • Knowledge of Zoho (or other ticketing systems)
  • Knowledge of French
  • Experience with webshop environment (B2C)
