They have grown exponentially in the last 10 years into a company with more than 200 employees active across different countries.Today they are reinforcing their Benelux market and are looking for a Customer Service that can work full time from Brussels and that speaks fluent Dutch, French and English.

Functieomschrijving
As a Customer Service Benelux you will have following responsibilities:
- You manage the orders from A to Z
- You make sure clients receive their orders correct and timely
- You answer to client requests and specific demands
- You answer questions about delivery status, invoices, returns, orders, ...
- You collaborate closely with both sales and logistics teams and you work hand in hand with your colleagues from Customer Service
- You handle returns
Profiel
The Customer Service Benelux has following profile:
- A first experience in Customer Service, Customer Care or Sales support is a big plus
- Affinity with the fashion industry is a plus
- You speak fluent Dutch, French AND English (the 3 are a must! )
- You are willing to work full time from Brussels (they offer 6 days of home office on a monthly basis)
- You are precise, meticulous and organized
- You can respect deadlines
- You have excellent communication skills
- You can be proactive and assertive when handling problems or difficult situations
