Functieomschrijving

As the Country Sales Manager for Miele Professional, you hold full P/L responsibility over the Miele Professional business. You are the voice and representative of Miele Professional BeLux.
 
  • You execute the internationally defined strategy for Miele Professional to your local market, Belgium and Luxemburg.
  • Together with your Regional Director, you define and set up the sales targets for you and your team.
  • You manage and coach your sales team (8 members). You challenge the account managers to achieve their personal targets, to offer a qualitative service and a correct use of CRM.
  • You foster great and successful connections with key accounts in all different segments (hospitals, laboratories, industrial kitchens, …) and build an extensive network within the sector.
  • You follow up on all shared services provided by the local Miele subsidiary e.g. HR, IT and finance. You are responsible for order processing, invoicing, …

Profiel

  • You preferably have a master's degree and a vast experience as a B2B sales manager. Working experience in a relevant sector is a plus.
  • You are a seasoned people manager: you have managed sales teams before and have coached them towards success. You communicate in an open and respectful manner.
  • You have a sales mindset, strive for client satisfaction and aim for sustainable results and growth. You get energy out of managing your own client portfolio.
  • You possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills, you are a good negotiator and show persistence when facing challenges.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
