The company is looking for a charismatic and hands-on Country Manager to be the owner of Blåkläder Belgium. As the Country Manager, you will have full ownership of the P&L and be responsible for the entire Blåkläder Belgium operation. Your mission is to reshape the organization, transform challenges into opportunities, and lead a sales and back-office team towards a new era of growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership & Ownership: Own the Blåkläder business in Belgium. Develop and execute a long-term vision of excellence, taking calculated risks and demonstrating accountability.
- Team Transformation: Reshape the current organization and inspire the team. You will lead, coach, and motivate the sales and back-office teams, making them more independent and empowering them to grow.
- Commercial Growth: Drive commercial success by targeting and convincing key end-users to choose Blåkläder, working hand-in-hand with our dealers to close the sale. You will be a champion of growth, continuously looking for new opportunities.
- Dealer Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with our network of +/- 40 dealers. You will balance the need to grow with end-users while ensuring our dealers feel valued and respected.
- Brand Building: Act as the face of the brand in Belgium. You understand and believe in the power of the Blåkläder brand and its unique selling points: a wide, in-stock product assortment and a user-centric development process.
- P&L Management: Take full responsibility for the country's financial performance, ensuring the gross margin is defended and our business remains healthy.
- Daily Management: While focused on the long-term journey, you will handle the daily issues with a humble and sensitive approach, ensuring smooth operations and high morale. You will report directly to the company owner Marcus Gustavsson.
