Brand Marketing Manager Fever-Tree
For one of our leading brands, Fever-Tree, we are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager. As a Brand Marketing Manager you grow the Fever-Tree brand in the Be(ne)(lux) market in line with the global strategy and you translate it into local initiatives in an inspiring way and within given budgets. There is a strong focus on consumer communication in particular: digital activations and events, strongly connected to on-trade.
As a brand Marketing Manager Fever-Tree, you are responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing and realizing the marketing part of the Fever-Tree Business Plan. In this role, you are involved in all aspects of building and executing marketing plans into concrete actions, ranging from contriving appropriate marketing tools, defining communication guidelines,, organizing and participating in events, to co-facilitating leads, etc.
You are the external and internal ambassador of the Fever-Tree brand and act as a liaison between different business units such as On-Trade and Off-Trade sales, Controlling and the global Fever-Tree brand team. You do this in an inspiring way and within given budgets.
Your duties include the following responsibilities:
Coordination: you take the lead in developing and coordinating the annual brand plans for Be(ne)(lux), based on international strategies and guidelines.
Implementation of the brand plan: Starting from the strategic brand plan, you actively steer, guide and participate hands-on in the design and development of Fever-Tree brand activities and initiatives (360°) in the Be(ne)lux market, so that the predefined objectives can be achieved. You also help ensuring that colleagues from the sales departments (On- and Off Premise) have the right information and training, as well as the right material to give shape to the brand activities.
Support with product launches: Together with the Fever-Tree brand specialist, you participate in the launch and support of new products in our Fever-Tree brand portfolio. You build on existing consumer insights and you make use of all elements of the marketing mix and all channels to increase awareness to a maximum level and to push distribution.
Involvement in media & communication management: You are responsible for the Conceptualisation of media and communication initiatives. This means that you design, coordinate and actively follow up on media initiatives, that you manage the social media channels, that you provide communication to customers in the form of digital newsletters. In addition to external communication, you are also involved in the interdepartmental information exchange, so that other departments are also aware of new developments.
Active role in event activation: You ensure that the Fever-Tree brand is promoted in the right way at our own and 3rd party events. In addition, you are also present during the build-up and you ensure that during the event everything goes according to the standards of Fever-Tree.
You obtained a master's degree, preferably in an economic/marketing oriented field of study
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience; a sales experience with proven success (in FMCG) is a strong plus
You are confident in acting as an internal sparring partner to co-develop concepts with marketing and sales
You combine a strong analytical approach with a creative, out-of-the-box mindset
You are systematic and a less structured, ad hoc context does not deter you
You have strong negotiation and communication skills
You have the drive of an entrepreneur with a strong can-do mentality
You can demonstrate a perfect knowledge of Dutch, French and English
