Purpose We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic individual who will be responsible for delivering the best possible operation and airport service experience to our customers. To inspire and lead our people and suppliers to embrace change and representing the Company’s best interests within the local community. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure that overall airport operations meet Cathay Pacific (CX) standards, policies and procedures, and satisfy local and international safety standards. • Develop proactive partnerships with stakeholders in root cause investigations and analysis. • Identify and mitigate personal, safety and security risks in the airport environment for our customers and in the workplace for staff (suppliers included). • Facilitate and manage exercises, reviews, and update all contingency plans and manual fall-back procedures to meet the required standards and requirements. • Ensure that the Ground Handling Agent teams consistently provide a high level of Customer Service in a professional manner. • Oversee and play an integral role to ensure airport operational continuity. • Lead, support and encourage own team to achieve successes.
