For a dynamic Belgian company which is constantly growing in a fast-paced environment, HAYS SALES is looking for an ambitious Account Manager.



The purpose of the job is to handle a portfolio of clients active in the financial and accounting world all located in a specific region. You are an expert of your market and build solid and long term relationships with those companies. You are the single point of contact of clients and your strategic relationships allow you to spot opportunities in order to propose your innovative software. As your company is well established on the market you mainly engage in cross/up selling. However, as any good commercial you spot new opportunities and strive to enlarge your portfolio of clients. You are able to brainstorm with your clients and to reflect on how you can offer the proper solutions to your clients. To do so, you are on the road to meet your clients and provide them the expertise of the software. You are in charge of the whole negotiation process and you follow up on the entire clients up to the signature. As you are mainly working with multinationals, you are involved in long commercial cycles. You report directly to your Sales Manager. Your personal goal is to maximize the revenue and margin.


The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or has had a similar experience. You have a first commercial experience selling a complex solution. An affinity for IT and the financial world is a plus. You must be fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus. We are looking for candidates with a down-to-earth mentality, who are proactive, open and team players. For this position, the candidate also has to be optimistic and has to have a can-do attitude and very good communication skills.
