ABOUT THE JOB
As an Account Assistant in HAY, you will be part of our team of 3 passionate and dedicated colleagues based in Antwerp. You will be working closely together with our Account Managers for Belgium and Luxemburg and be point of contact for customers from these countries. The focus will be on administrative tasks, monitoring customer communication and offering commercial support to the Account Managers. We offer you a great deal of freedom and responsibility to plan an effective work week in a supportive and positive environment.
YOUR TASKS
As an Account Assistant in HAY, you will be part of our team of 3 passionate and dedicated colleagues based in Antwerp. You will be working closely together with our Account Managers for Belgium and Luxemburg and be point of contact for customers from these countries. The focus will be on administrative tasks, monitoring customer communication and offering commercial support to the Account Managers. YOUR TASKS
- Supporting sales team in Belgium / Luxemburg
- Coordinating communication and workflow between customer and internal departments
- Responding to customer specific inquiries
- Handling incoming calls, sending documentation and follow-up, general mailouts
- Showroom management
- Sales support to architects and dealers
- Planning events and workshops
- Updating pipeline / CRM

YOUR PROFILE
As a person, you thrive in a busy and dynamic environment. You are design savvy with excellent communication skills which you use to build and develop strong customer relations. You have a great eye to detail, have strong organizational skills, commercial sense and are structured. You are flexible and an excellent team-player.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
You have experience from a similar position in an international company engaged in wholesale, retail and/or online activities. You master the use of Office and preferably Sketch Up. You are fluent in Dutch, French and English both spoken and in writing.
