As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to the company's employees, which means about 350 people. As part of the IT department, you will analyze the incoming issues in order to identify the most appropriate solution. You will face problems related to hardware, software and network. In addition to that, you will take care of the configuration, installation and implementation of hardware and software. Finally, you will take part into IT projects.
