Within any IT department, Service Delivery plays a crucial role. AlphaCredit Service Delivery team is centered on following axes: Service Desk (including Incident and Problem Management), Release/Change Management and Monitoring.RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a person that can help us primarily in further developing the IT monitoring activity. Next to that, we are engaging into a “makeover” of our ITSM tool where we expect this person to take a key role in administering and configuring the tool.
You will report directly to the Service Delivery Manager.
